Last updated . These terms govern your use of morvexpod.com. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Paid advertorial · Morvexpod is an affiliate. Zeba Shoes products are sold and shipped by Zeba Shoes, and every purchase is completed on the official Zeba store.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing morvexpod.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Advertising Disclaimer, which form part of them. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.
They apply to every visitor. They create no account relationship, membership or ongoing service, and no contract of sale. This is a catalogue you read and a set of links you may choose to follow.
What This Site Is
morvexpod.com is an information and affiliate website published by F.ect Production sro, Na Zlíchově 228/4, 152 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic. It presents the Zeba Shoes range of hands-free sneakers and accessories, describes them, and links to the merchant's own store where a purchase can be completed. The homepage is a paid advertorial and product links throughout the site are affiliate links.
Morvexpod is not a seller and not a retailer. We do not stock, sell, ship, exchange or refund anything, we do not set prices, and we are not the merchant's agent, distributor or customer-service channel. Every product here belongs to Zeba Shoes, an independent business with which we have no relationship beyond the affiliate arrangement described in our Advertising Disclaimer.
No Contract of Sale Is Formed Here
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract of sale can be formed with us. Listings are descriptive material reproduced from the merchant's published information — an invitation to look at the merchant's store, not a commitment to sell anything at any price. A contract arises only when you place an order on the merchant's store and the merchant accepts it, on the merchant's terms; that is where price, availability, delivery and consumer rights are fixed.
The cart is yours alone
Items go to your own browser's local storage. Nothing is transmitted to us, nothing is reserved, no order exists.
Checkout hands you over
Checking out takes you to the merchant's store with a referral identifier attached. From then on you are the merchant's customer.
Prices are indicative
Figures here were recorded from the merchant's listings and can be stale. The binding price is the one at its checkout.
Orders belong to the merchant
Payment, dispatch, tracking, exchanges and refunds are the merchant's. We have no access to order records.
The Cart on This Site
The cart is a browsing convenience: a way to gather models, colorways and sizes in one place and see a running total before deciding. It is a shortlist, not an order, stored in your own browser rather than transmitted to us.
A few consequences follow, and it is fairer to state them than to let you discover them: it is not synchronized between devices; it will not survive clearing your browsing data; it reserves no stock, so an item can sell out while it sits there; and a price saved in it may no longer be current. We cannot restore a cart, because we never held it.
Orders, Payment, Shipping and Refunds
All orders, payments, dispatch, delivery, exchanges, cancellations, returns and refunds are the merchant's responsibility, governed by the merchant's terms as they stand on the day you order. We summarize what the merchant publishes on our shipping page and refunds page, but those summaries orient only and the merchant's pages prevail.
If something goes wrong — a parcel that has not arrived, a wrong size, a return you want to start — only the merchant can help. We will point you in the right direction, but we cannot look anything up.
Accuracy of Catalogue Information
We record names, descriptions, prices, colorways, sizes, star ratings and review counts as published by the merchant. Even so, catalogue information can be incomplete or out of date: prices move, promotions end, colorways are discontinued, review figures change. We reserve the right to correct any error or omission, and to change or withdraw a listing, at any time without notice.
Where a listing here conflicts with the merchant's product page, the merchant's page is correct. Photographs are the merchant's and identify products only; screen rendering means colors may differ from the physical item.

You may read, print or share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original. Zeba, Zeba Shoes, product and colorway names, marketing copy, product photography and any associated marks remain the property of their owner and are used here to describe and identify the offer being promoted. Their appearance does not imply that the owner endorses or has reviewed this site.

This site links to external destinations, principally the merchant's store, and some of those links are affiliate links, as explained in our Advertising Disclaimer. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, security or privacy practices. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where local law allows.
If any provision is found unenforceable it is severed and the rest continues in full effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time — when our affiliate arrangements or the structure of the site change, for instance. Revisions take effect when published here and the “last updated” date changes. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept them, so it is worth checking this page occasionally.
