Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Shoes are the one thing almost nobody gets right without trying them on, so it is worth knowing the return terms before you order. Here is how the Zeba Shoes process works and who handles each step.

Paid advertorial · Morvexpod is an affiliate. Zeba Shoes products are sold and shipped by Zeba Shoes, and every purchase is completed on the official Zeba store.

The merchant's stated terms

Zeba Shoes states: "There is a 30 day return policy that begins when you get your shoes." Zeba also states: "If you don't love your Zeba shoes or they don't fit right, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange." Both statements are the merchant's own, quoted here so you know what to expect. They are not a promise made by Morvexpod, and the version published on zebashoes.com when you order is the one that governs.

The start date is the useful part. The window begins when the shoes reach you, not when you order and not when they are dispatched, so time spent waiting does not eat into it.

Return window

30 days, beginning when you receive the shoes, as stated by Zeba Shoes.

Two outcomes

A full refund, or an exchange for a different size, width or style.

Who handles it

Zeba Shoes, the merchant that sold and shipped the order.

What Morvexpod does

Nothing operational. We cannot issue a refund, approve a return, or receive a parcel.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact Zeba Shoes directly. Do not send anything back before speaking to the merchant, because unannounced parcels are harder to match to an order.

  • Have your order number ready. It appears in the confirmation email Zeba sends after the order is placed, so search your inbox for that message first.
  • Use the merchant's published contact route. The channels on zebashoes.com reach the team that authorizes returns.
  • Or call the Las Vegas store on (201) 815-8852, open 6 days a week, 10am – 5pm PST, closed Sundays.
  • Say which outcome you want. A refund and an exchange follow different paths, so stating your preference saves a round of messages.
  • Describe the problem plainly. Too narrow across the toe, heel slipping, or a fault out of the box are different situations with different remedies.

Keep a copy of what you send and any reference the merchant gives you, and if a parcel is going back, keep proof that it was handed to a carrier.

Condition of returned shoes

Returned footwear is normally expected to come back in the condition it arrived in. In practice that means trying the shoes on indoors, on a clean floor, as you would in a shop — long enough to judge length, width and how easily your foot slides in, but not long enough to mark the outsole. A pair worn outside picks up grit within minutes and may no longer qualify.

Keep everything that came with the order: the shoe box, any inserts or insoles, tags, and the outer packaging. The shoe box is part of the product, so ship it inside an outer carton rather than sticking a label onto it. Items that are soiled, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing their packaging may be refused. Decisions on condition rest with Zeba Shoes.

What usually cannot be returned

Some categories sit outside a standard return window at most footwear retailers. Expect these to be treated differently, and confirm with the merchant beforehand:

  • Anything returned after the 30 day period has closed.
  • Shoes showing outdoor wear, heavy creasing or sole abrasion.
  • Items altered, stretched, dyed or repaired after delivery.
  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories such as socks or insoles once worn.
  • Products bought somewhere other than the official Zeba store.
  • Final-sale items, where flagged as such at the time of purchase.

Return shipping and who pays

Who covers the cost of sending shoes back, whether a prepaid label is provided, and whether any deduction applies are decided by Zeba Shoes, so ask when you open the return. As a rule, a return caused by the merchant — a wrong item, a fault, a damaged delivery — is treated differently from one caused by preference or fit. Original outbound charges may or may not be refundable, and international returns can involve customs paperwork. Morvexpod does not pay, reimburse or arrange return shipping.

Refund timing and method

A refund is normally issued once the returned shoes have reached the merchant and been inspected. Zeba releases it to the original method used at its checkout, and the time it takes to appear depends on the institution at the other end, so a confirmation email often arrives days before the money shows on a statement. If longer passes than indicated, follow up with Zeba, quoting the order number and any return reference. Morvexpod has no visibility of refund status.

Exchanges and sizing swaps

An exchange is often the better answer when the shoe is right but the fit is not. Zeba lists several widths — Medium, Extra Wide 4E, and 6E Extra Extra Wide, with Narrow on some women's styles — and moving across that range solves more than moving up a full size does.

Medium

The standard width, and the starting point for most feet.

Extra Wide 4E

For feet pinched across the ball in a standard width.

6E Extra Extra Wide

The widest option listed, for high-volume feet or swelling.

Narrow

On some women's styles, where a standard width leaves room.

If a shoe is the correct length but tight across the widest part of your foot, ask about a wider fitting before going up a size, since a longer shoe adds heel slip without fixing the pressure. Exchanges depend on stock, and where it is short the merchant may offer a refund instead. Nothing here is fitting advice for a medical condition; speak to a qualified professional if that is your situation.

Cancelling before dispatch

An order can sometimes be cancelled or amended while it is still being processed, before the parcel is packed. That window is short, so contact Zeba as soon as you decide, with the order number to hand. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and it becomes a return instead — see the steps above, and our Shipping and Delivery page for how dispatch timing works.

Wrong, faulty or damaged items

If the box contains the wrong style, the wrong size, or a pair with a defect, tell Zeba promptly and describe what you received against what you ordered. Photographs of the item, the label and the outer packaging speed the process, so keep the packaging until the matter is resolved. Faults from ordinary use over time are a separate question, handled under whatever terms the merchant publishes rather than under the 30 day window.

What Morvexpod cannot do

To be as clear as possible: refunds and returns are processed by Zeba Shoes, not by Morvexpod. We cannot issue a refund, approve or reject a return, extend the window, generate a return label, or accept a returned parcel at any address of ours. We have no access to the merchant's order records.

What we can do is explain the process, point you at the right contact route, and correct anything here that is out of date. Our role and the commercial relationship behind it are described in our Disclaimer.

Which policy governs

This page summarizes the merchant's stated terms in plain language; it does not replace them. The refund, return, exchange and cancellation policy published by Zeba Shoes at zebashoes.com when you order is the policy that applies, and the merchant can update it without notice to us. Where this summary and that policy differ, the merchant's policy governs. If you spot a difference, tell us through the contact page so we can correct it.
