Shipping and Delivery

This page explains how a Zeba Shoes order travels from the moment it is placed to the moment it reaches your door — and is honest about one thing from the start: Morvexpod never touches the parcel.

Paid advertorial · Morvexpod is an affiliate. Zeba Shoes products are sold and shipped by Zeba Shoes, and every purchase is completed on the official Zeba store.

Who actually ships your order

Zeba Shoes is the merchant and the shipper. Zeba holds the stock, prints the label, hands the parcel to the carrier and issues the tracking. Morvexpod is an affiliate storefront: we present the hands-free sneakers, describe the sizes and widths, and send you to the official Zeba store. We do not operate a warehouse and never see your delivery address. If you are trying to find out where a box is, you are looking for Zeba, not for us.

That distinction decides who can help you. A shipping question is a merchant question, and the direct route is the contact channel published on zebashoes.com, or the Las Vegas store listed below.

Merchant and shipper

Zeba Shoes. Stock, dispatch, carriers and tracking are handled by Zeba.

This website

Morvexpod publishes product information and links to the merchant. Nothing is fulfilled or shipped here.

Where terms are published

Methods, rates and timeframes are set by Zeba Shoes and shown at the merchant's own checkout.

Where to confirm

Read the shipping details on zebashoes.com before confirming. Those details govern, not this summary.

Where the order is placed

When you continue to buy, you leave morvexpod.com and arrive on the official Zeba store. Everything that matters happens there: the shipping method you choose, the address you enter, the confirmation email you receive, and the contract you enter into. Anything shown on Morvexpod is a description of the product, not an offer of sale.

The practical consequence is that we cannot amend an order. We have no access to Zeba's order system, so we cannot look up an order number, change a delivery address, upgrade a shipping method, or add an item to a parcel that has already been packed.

Processing and dispatch

An order passes through two stages that shoppers often confuse. The first is processing: the merchant reviews the order, picks the style, size and width from stock, and packs it. The second is transit: the carrier collects the parcel and moves it through its network. A delivery estimate quoted at checkout usually covers only the second stage, so the total wait is processing plus transit, not transit alone.

Orders placed late in the day, at a weekend, or on a public holiday are generally picked up on the next working day. If you need shoes for a specific date, allow more time than the shortest estimate and confirm the timing with Zeba before ordering.

Delivery windows and what affects them

Delivery times are estimates, not promises, and Morvexpod cannot guarantee them. Ordinary factors change the outcome:

  • Destination. Domestic addresses usually clear faster than remote or international ones.
  • Shipping method. A faster service is a different transit commitment, not a shortcut through processing.
  • Stock position. A width that has to be replenished takes longer than one on the shelf.
  • Seasonal volume. Sale periods and holiday weeks slow warehouses and carriers alike.
  • Weather and carrier disruption. Storms, closures and backlogs are outside anyone's control.
  • Customs. Cross-border parcels can be held for inspection or duty assessment.

Tracking and shipment notifications

Zeba sends order and shipping notifications to the email address entered at its checkout. A confirmation normally arrives soon after the order is placed; a dispatch notice with tracking follows once the parcel has been handed over. Tracking often takes a while to show movement, because the first scan happens when the carrier processes the package rather than when the label is created, so a number that looks static for a day is common.

If nothing arrives, check the spam or promotions folder, then confirm the address you typed at checkout. Morvexpod cannot resend a confirmation or reissue tracking.

Shipping charges, taxes and duties

Shipping charges, any free-shipping threshold, sales tax, and import duties or handling fees on international parcels are determined by Zeba Shoes and by the destination country's rules, and are shown at the merchant's checkout before an order is confirmed. Morvexpod does not set, collect or refund any of these amounts, and nothing on this site should be read as a quoted shipping price. If a cross-border charge is possible, expect it to be assessed on arrival rather than at checkout.

Address accuracy and corrections

Please read the delivery address twice before confirming. Apartment numbers, building names and unit letters are the details most often left out, and a carrier will not always work around a missing line. If you spot a mistake, contact Zeba immediately with the order number from the confirmation email. A correction is straightforward while the order is still being processed and much harder once the parcel has been dispatched, at which point it depends on the carrier's own redirection service.

Undeliverable and refused parcels

A parcel can come back to the merchant for several reasons: an incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, an uncollected package at a depot, unpaid import charges, or a refused delivery. What happens next is the merchant's decision and usually depends on whether you want a reshipment or a return, so contact Zeba directly to arrange it. A second shipment may carry its own cost. If you refused because you no longer want the shoes, treat it as a return and read our Refund and Returns Policy first.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls for an unusual length of time, if a parcel is marked delivered but is not with you, or if the box arrives crushed, report it to Zeba Shoes as soon as you can. Keep the outer packaging and take photographs before anything is thrown away, because carriers frequently ask for them. Claims are made by the shipper, so only Zeba can pursue one. Morvexpod cannot open a claim or send a replacement.

Split shipments

Multi-item orders are sometimes sent in more than one box, particularly when an accessory is packed separately. Each box may carry its own tracking number and arrive on its own day. If part of an order has landed and the rest has not shown up, ask Zeba to confirm whether the order was split before assuming anything is missing.

Ordering in Las Vegas or by phone

Online is not the only route. Zeba Shoes lists a physical store where shoes can be tried on and orders can be placed with a person rather than a screen — useful for a first pair, or when sizing is uncertain.

The terms that actually govern

Everything above is a plain-language explanation written to help you know who to ask. It is not the merchant's contract. Shipping terms, rates, delivery timeframes, carrier choices and claim procedures are set and published by Zeba Shoes and should be confirmed on zebashoes.com at checkout, because Morvexpod does not control them and cannot vary them. Where this page and the merchant's published policy differ, the merchant's policy applies.
